General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross is a major antagonist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, serving as one of the two main antagonists (alongside Abomination) of The Incredible Hulk, a major antagonist in Captain America: Civil War, a minor antagonist in Avengers: Infinity War, a minor character in Avengers: Endgame and a minor antagonist of Black Widow.
